Before you write

A few of the most-asked questions, answered up front so you can decide whether ARIO is the right fit before booking time.

Do you work with hotels outside the UK and EU?
Today the active customer base is UK and EU independent and boutique hotels. We have the infrastructure for global deployment, but we deliberately limit pilot capacity to one geography at a time so onboarding stays high-touch.
What's the minimum size for a pilot?
No hard floor, but the value compounds with scale. Properties under 30 rooms typically use the Pilot tier; 30–150 rooms is the Standard sweet spot; 150+ rooms or multi-property groups belong on Premium or Enterprise.
Can we self-serve sign up?
Not currently. Every customer goes through a scoped pilot first because PMS / Channel-Manager wiring needs human attention to get right. After pilot, you can renew month-to-month or scale up tiers without re-onboarding.
How long is onboarding?
Two to three weeks for a single property on Opera Cloud or Mews. Multi-property groups budget four to six. Onboarding includes data migration, decision-journal initialisation, integration wiring, and operator training.
Do you offer a free trial?
No free trial. We offer a six-week paid pilot at a fixed price (see Pricing). Free trials don't work for revenue management — the value only emerges with real data and committed adoption.
Can we get a security review document?
Yes — open the Security review form above (or write to hello@ariorms.com) and we'll respond with our standard security pack: control summaries, GDPR addendum, sub-processor list, and pen-test attestation. Full SOC 2 report is available under NDA.
