Is there a setup fee?
Onboarding charges depend on integration depth and property count, and are scoped during the initial call. We never bill setup fees outside the agreed scope. Request a scoping call for a transparent quote.
Can I cancel?
Pilot tier has a 6-month commitment because the system needs that long to calibrate against your data. Standard tier is monthly — cancel any time. Premium / Enterprise — quarterly notice.
What if my PMS isn't supported?
If you're on Opera, OHIP integration is available via concierge setup. If you're on Mews / Cloudbeds / Apaleo / Protel / HMS / Hetras, we have channel-manager push code-ready (partner-test on first push). Anything else — we file-upload your reports manually as a bridge while we evaluate live integration.
Do you charge per room?
No. Flat per-property monthly fee regardless of room count. A 50-room boutique pays the same as a 200-room independent on the same tier.
What does the pilot actually include?
60 days of ARIO running on your live data, full safety architecture, decision journal, and shadow-mode forecasts before any live OTA push. Operator approval on every push during Review mode. Zero risk to your existing distribution. Founder available for weekly check-ins.
When does ARIO actually push rates to channels?
Only after you sign off on Review mode performance for 14+ days. Until then, ARIO runs in Shadow mode — it computes recommendations but doesn't push. The phase-gate is hard-enforced; even an admin click can't bypass the safety architecture.
How does ARIO handle revenue events that go wrong?
Three layers: per-date constraints (operator-set absolute floor/ceiling), SAFE_MODE (auto-engaged on stale data or calibration drift), and per-property kill switch (one-click operator override). All three independently block pushes. Failures are logged in the immutable audit chain.
What if we have 30+ hotels?
Enterprise tier with co-funded infrastructure migration. A 30-property chain pilot is a phased programme: 3 properties live month 1, infrastructure migration months 4-9 (co-funded by chain commitment), remaining 27 onboarded months 10-18. Enterprise deployments run as a phased programme: 3 properties operational in month one, full portfolio integration over months 4–18. Each phase is scoped, scheduled, and resourced before commitment.
