ARIO's implementation programme is an accountable, phased delivery — not a self-service setup. Every property receives a named implementation manager, a structured delivery schedule, and a gate-controlled go-live process.
Every ARIO deployment follows the same structured delivery sequence. Each phase has explicit entry criteria, defined deliverables, and a formal gate assessment before progression.
ARIO maintains direct integrations with the leading PMS and channel manager platforms used across UK and European independent hotels. All connections are validated in ARIO's staging environment before any production rate activity is enabled.
All integrations are tested and validated in ARIO's staging environment before any live rate push is enabled. Channel read-back confirmation is enforced on every approved rate change — ARIO does not mark a push complete until the channel manager confirms successful receipt.
ARIO's implementation programme is designed to minimise operational disruption. The following is required from every property prior to deployment.
Review mode can be operated with a General Manager taking the daily approval function. This is a supported configuration — the GM receives a structured morning briefing designed for time-constrained review, with each recommendation accompanied by a plain-language rationale and confidence indicator.
Shadow mode and the Day 14 review are still required under this configuration. ARIO's implementation manager provides additional support throughout the approval orientation period.
ARIO's operating modes are enterprise controls, not a hierarchy of risk tolerance. Every property begins in Shadow. Progression to each subsequent mode requires documented gate criteria to be met and confirmed.
Every ARIO deployment is managed by a named implementation manager from the ARIO team. Your implementation manager is accountable for delivery against the programme schedule and remains your primary contact through all four phases.
ARIO's implementation team operates on business-day response commitments, with direct contact channels available for urgent operational issues during live operations.
The assessment call takes 30 minutes. Your implementation manager will confirm integration compatibility with your PMS and channel manager, agree a delivery schedule, and provide a formal project plan within 48 hours of the call.
